Artigo 1

§ 1º A redução de que trata o caput não se aplica aos produtos classificados nos códigos relacionados no Capítulo 24 da TIPI.
§ 2º As alíquotas reduzidas na forma prevista no caput serão calculadas com, no máximo, duas casas decimais.
§ 3º Caso a aplicação do percentual de redução resulte em valores com três ou mais casas decimais, a redução a duas casas para a fixação das alíquotas observará os seguintes critérios de arredondamento:
I - quando o algarismo correspondente aos centésimos for seguido de algarismo inferior a cinco, esse permanecerá inalterado; e
II - quando o algarismo correspondente aos centésimos for seguido de algarismo igual ou superior a cinco, será somada uma unidade ao número de centésimos.” (NR)
