DECRETO Nº 11.040, DE 12 DE ABRIL DE 2022
| Altera o Decreto nº 4.074, de 4 de janeiro de 2002, para dispor sobre o envase de agrotóxicos e afins. |
O PRESIDENTE DA REPÚBLICA, no uso da atribuição que lhe confere o art. 84, caput, inciso IV, da Constituição, e tendo em vista o disposto na Lei nº 7.802, de 11 de julho de 1989,
DECRETA:
Art. 1º O Decreto nº 4.074, de 4 de janeiro de 2002, passa a vigorar com as seguintes alterações:

§ 3º As adequações de embalagens de agrotóxicos e afins ao disposto na alínea “b” do inciso V do caput poderão ser realizadas até 31 de dezembro de 2022.” (NR)
Art. 2º Este Decreto entra em vigor na data de sua publicação.
