Artigo 23
I - coordenar, supervisionar e fiscalizar os registros para a constituição de fundos, de sociedades de investimentos, de carteiras de investidores estrangeiros e de clubes de investimento, exceto aqueles dedicados a estruturas de securitização;
II - coordenar, supervisionar e fiscalizar os credenciamentos para o exercício de atividades de administrador de carteira, consultor e analista de valores mobiliários; e
III - coordenar, supervisionar e fiscalizar o acompanhamento de atividades dos investidores institucionais nacionais e estrangeiros registrados na CVM e propor e fiscalizar a observância das normas relacionadas aos registros e à divulgação de informações desses investidores institucionais, exceto aqueles dedicados a estruturas de securitização.
