Art. 4º Os Planos Setoriais de Mitigação das Mudanças Climáticas estabelecerão metas gradativas de redução de emissões antrópicas e remoções por sumidouros de gases de efeito estufa, mensuráveis e verificáveis, consideradas as especificidades dos agentes setoriais.
Parágrafo único. As metas a que se refere o caput observarão o objetivo de longo prazo de neutralidade climática informado na NDC e serão monitoradas por meio da apresentação de inventário de gases de efeito estufa periódicos dos agentes setoriais, a serem definidos nos respectivos Planos.
