DECRETO Nº 11.043, DE 13 DE ABRIL DE 2022
| Aprova o Plano Nacional de Resíduos Sólidos. |
O PRESIDENTE DA REPÚBLICA, no uso das atribuições que lhe confere o art. 84, caput, incisos IV e VI, alínea “a”, da Constituição, e tendo em vista o disposto no art. 15 da Lei nº 12.305, de 2 de agosto de 2010,
DECRETA:
Art. 1º Fica aprovado o Plano Nacional de Resíduos Sólidos, na forma do Anexo.
Art. 2º O Plano Nacional de Resíduos Sólidos será publicado, na íntegra, no sítio eletrônico do Sistema Nacional de Informações sobre a Gestão dos Resíduos Sólidos - Sinir.
Art. 3º Os planos de resíduos sólidos estaduais, microrregionais, de regiões metropolitanas ou aglomerações urbanas, intermunicipais e municipais deverão estar em conformidade com a Política Nacional de Resíduos Sólidos e com o Plano Nacional de Resíduos Sólidos.
Art. 4º Este Decreto entra em vigor na data de sua publicação.
