Art. 12. O Ministro de Estado da Justiça e Segurança Pública disciplinará, por meio de ato específico, aspectos relacionados à implementação do Pronasci 2 e do Projeto Bolsa-Formação, incluídos, exemplificativamente, os seguintes temas:
I - definição dos cursos ofertados e dos respectivos critérios específicos de elegibilidade;
II - procedimentos relativos à inscrição, à homologação de requerimento, ao pagamento e à fiscalização do Projeto Bolsa-Formação; e
III - detalhamento das metas e dos eixos prioritários.
