Artigo 4

Art. 4º O regimento interno da 4ª Conferência Nacional de Juventude disporá sobre:
I - a sua organização e o seu funcionamento;
II - as etapas preparatórias, municipais e regionais, estaduais e distrital;
III - a consulta nacional aos povos e às comunidades tradicionais; e
IV - outras etapas que vierem a ser estabelecidas.
§ 1º As etapas preparatórias municipais e regionais da Conferência ocorrerão até 30 de setembro de 2023.
§ 2º As etapas preparatórias estaduais e distrital da Conferência ocorrerão até 30 de outubro de 2023.
§ 3º A consulta nacional aos povos e às comunidades tradicionais ocorrerá até 30 de outubro de 2023.
