Artigo 49

Art. 49. Aos Secretários incumbe planejar, dirigir, coordenar, orientar, monitorar e avaliar a execução de atividades e projetos de suas unidades e exercer as demais atribuições que lhes forem cometidas em regimento interno.
Parágrafo único. Além das atribuições de que trata o caput, compete:
I - ao Secretário de Política Agrícola exercer a função de Secretário-Executivo do Conselho Nacional de Política Agrícola e do Conselho Deliberativo da Política do Café; e
II - ao Secretário de Inovação, Desenvolvimento Sustentável, Irrigação e Cooperativismo promover a operacionalização da Comissão Coordenadora da Criação do Cavalo Nacional.
