Artigo 9

Art. 9º Os chamamentos públicos das políticas culturais de fomento observarão o disposto nesta Seção, exceto na hipótese de haver previsão de outro procedimento específico em regime jurídico aplicável ao instrumento escolhido pela administração pública.
§ 1º Os processos seletivos a que se refere esta Seção se pautarão por procedimentos claros, objetivos e simplificados, com uso de linguagem simples e formatos visuais que orientem os interessados e facilitem o acesso dos agentes culturais ao fomento.
§ 2º O disposto nesta Seção aplica-se às modalidades de concessão de bolsas culturais e de concessão de premiação cultural somente no que for compatível com a natureza jurídica de doação.
