Artigo 5

Art. 5º As decisões sobre o uso de métodos, normas e procedimentos estatísticos, e sobre o conteúdo, a forma e o calendário de divulgações estatísticas:
I - serão fundamentadas em critérios técnicos e constarão, preferencialmente, em manuais, informativos e notas metodológicas de que trata o inciso V do art. 10; e
II - considerarão as normas, as recomendações ou as boas práticas sobre o tema.
