Art. 10. A Conatt deverá apresentar o quadro de metas e de iniciativas e o detalhamento do modelo de gestão e monitoramento do Programa Gigantes do Asfalto no prazo máximo de trinta dias, contado da data de aprovação do seu regimento interno.
Parágrafo único. O Ministério da Infraestrutura, em articulação com os demais órgãos e entidades envolvidos no Programa Gigantes do Asfalto, apresentará a relação inicial de metas e de iniciativas destinadas ao fomento e ao enfrentamento aos problemas que afetam o setor de transporte rodoviário de cargas, no prazo máximo de trinta dias, contado da data de publicação deste Decreto.
