Art. 7º O processo de outorga de autorização de atividade de transporte deve ser realizado de forma célere e eficiente, assegurada a transparência aos usuários das instalações de transporte e à sociedade. (Revogado pelo Decreto nº 12.153, de 2024)
Parágrafo único. O processo de autorização para construção de gasoduto de transporte destinado ao atendimento de novos mercados consumidores, nos termos da regulação da ANP, deverá prever período de contestação no qual outros transportadores poderão manifestar interesse na implantação de gasoduto com mesma finalidade.
