Artigo 36
Art. 36. A revisão de elegibilidade ao Benefício Compensatório de Transição de que trata o inciso IV do caput do art. 22: (Redação dada pelo Decreto nº 11.013, de 2022) (Revogado pelo Decreto nº 11.566, de 2023)
I - poderá ser realizada mensalmente; e
II - acarretará o encerramento do benefício, na hipótese de o valor total dos benefícios financeiros recebidos por meio do Programa Auxílio Brasil, de que trata o caput do art. 22, ser majorado até igualar ou superar o valor financeiro recebido do Programa Bolsa Família, no mês anterior à sua extinção.
